In order to be eligible to work games assigned by the association and its assignor the individual umpire must meet
the following criteria:
1. Complete the 2013 ASA Registration form.
2. Pass test 2013 ASA Test
3. Pay the required ASA of PA State Dues of $45 prior to the first assignment in order to have the
required ASA insurance in effect for each assignment.
4. Local Association Dues must be paid by the June 10th meeting.
